We understand that fragrance is deeply personal, and not every scent will be the perfect fit for every traveler. If there’s a fragrance that truly doesn’t work for you, our Happiness Guarantee allows for one complimentary replacement fragrance during the course of your voyage.

No. Moments Well Traveled is a prepaid seasonal fragrance voyage consisting of three monthly shipments.

Can I cancel my voyage?

Moments Well Traveled is designed as a complete seasonal journey and is offered as a one-time prepaid experience for all three voyages within the season. Because each crossing is carefully curated and prepared in advance, cancellations are not available once boarding has closed.
