Shipping policy
Unless otherwise requested, we send via least expensive option available. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the shipping address of the order. Three opportunities to confirm the shipping address are available: during checkout, on the order confirmation, and on the shipping notification. The Columbia Fragrance Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Before contacting us on the status of your order, please check the tracking notification provided to you with the shipment. If the status has been updated as "delivered", please check around your home and delivery locations, including with your neighbors and community superintendent. If the package has been lost, please contact your local post office, as they have access to their database with more tracking information. If your post office has confirmed the package is lost or destroyed, please forward a copy of the claim to us and we will work with you to replace your purchase.
For customers whose parcel has been confirmed lost or delivered by the shipping service and have purchased our Shipping Insurance, we will replace the package at no cost. For customers who have not purchased shipping insurance, we will send another order at a 50% replacement charge.Â
