How do I use your home fragrance oils?

Fragrance oils are highly concentrated scents that can be used in various ways, including with diffusers, warmers, and DIY projects. They offer a versatile option for scenting your space without an open flame. They are also the perfect solution for bringing a hotel scent into your home.

How long do fragrance oils typically last?

The longevity of fragrance oils varies based on usage and the type of diffuser. On average, a 2 oz bottle of fragrance oil can last anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, making them a very efficient and cost-effective form for scenting your home.

Can fragrance oils be used with products other than reeds?

Absolutely! Our fragrance oils are compatible with ultrasonic diffusers, cold fusion diffusers, and other types of diffusers that use oils. Simply follow the "Tips for Using Fragrance Oil" card which we include with every purchase for best results.

Are your products pet-friendly?

Yes, our products are pet-safe when used as directed. Avoid placing candles and oils where pets can easily knock them over, and ensure the area is well-ventilated. We don't want our furry friends getting into the oils themselves!

What are your recommendations for candle care?

To maximize your candle's lifespan, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Resist temptation and burn no more than three hours at a time, or your jar may get to hot and explode.

How can I make my fragrance last longer?

That's a great question! Our recommendation is to layer your scents, which will help to bring out the top, middle and bottom notes of the scent. This rounding of the scent is what brings a more robust scent into your home. For example, try using a plug in diffuser with our home fragrance oil for all day use, and add a candle or diffuser when you want to intensify the scent. For a burst of your favorite hotel scent, spritz a few pumps of our fragrance spray into the air anytime.

What is your production time?

Because most items are hand poured to order, we work on a seven day turn around time. Please be patient! We'll ship everything as soon as we can.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard production time is seven days, but most orders ship much sooner. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships, and please keep in mind your package will be coming from Maryland. If you're on the east coast, expect to receive your order in a day or two. If you're on the west coast, it may take up to five days for our shipping service to deliver to you.
