'Tis the Season!

Welcome to the holiday shopping season! We truly appreciate your shopping The Columbia Fragrance Co. to give a favorite scent to someone special.

This is the time of year when our small business goes from crazy to manic. We want to ensure each and every one of you receives the quality product you expect, and in a timely fashion.  Here are a few quick FAQ's for you to know about our production and shipping over the next few weeks:

  • OUR ORDER DEADLINE FOR HOLIDAY SHIPPING HAS PASSED. We are working on an average three day turn around time and can still ship orders. However, due to the current demands on our shipping carriers, we cannot guarantee holiday arrival. If you need your order to arrive by Christmas, please contact us at info@columbiafragrance.com. We may have enough inventory to fulfill you order, which may be subject to a rush fee of $5 for orders up to $50 and $10 for orders over $50. 
  • Please know, we are doing our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Before contacting us on the status of your order, please check your confirmation email for the tracking information.  If you have a question regarding your order once it has been shipped, please contact the USPS via their help form. Once it leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the USPS, who has more information on the location of ther order than we do. 
  • If you need to contact us on the status of your order, please forward the order confirmation notice, as it includes your name, the order number and the shipping address. (It's really hard for us to find you if you only send an email from happyshopper@gmail.com!)
  • All international orders are administered through our Etsy shop. Updated shipping deadlines will be posted here and on our Facebook page.
  • Sometimes you need your gift sooner than our estimated turn around time can deliver. (We get it - we can be last minute shoppers too!) Usually, we can accomodate a rush delivery. Please review our policies for expedited shipping, then include a note with your order or zip a quick email to info@columbiafragrance.com, and we'll do our best to meet your request. 
  • If you have questions which are not answered here, please use the "Contact Us" page, our chat button, or send an email to info@columbiafragrance.com. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond, as our priority is producing and shipping orders, and we usually respond to emails early mornings or late evenings.
